On March 25th, the Wicked Awesome Wishes team along with some enthusiastic volunteers from Lady Jane's locations in Southeast Michigan took over Little Caesars Arena for a fun night of basketball.
Our team joined forces with A Kid Again; our donations helped provide food and drink tickets, along with admission to the Detroit Pistons basketball game for over 600 attendees of families with kids with disabilities. The kids were fired up, wearing their Detroit gear and excited for the game. They had their own section to sit and some were even able to go down onto the court for the National Anthem!
We're so lucky to meet and provide a fun and stress-free day for these families, and we look forward to the next event with these amazing people!
